PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING AI'D, THE WEBSITE, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, OR RELATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI'd, Inc. ("AI'd," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, downloading the application, accessing the website, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
AI'd is an artificial intelligence-powered informational tool designed to assist users in understanding documents, messages, emails, text messages, images, websites, and other content. The Service may provide explanations, summaries, recommendations, warnings, classifications, risk assessments, educational information, and communication tools. The Service is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. AI'd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.
AI'd is not a law firm, financial advisor, investment advisor, tax advisor, healthcare provider, medical device, cybersecurity service, identity theft protection service, insurance advisor, government agency, or emergency response service. Information generated by AI'd should not be considered professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making significant decisions.
Artificial intelligence systems are inherently probabilistic and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or incorrect information. AI'd does not warrant accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or fraud detection capability. AI'd may incorrectly identify legitimate communications as suspicious or fail to identify fraudulent communications. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying information and making their own decisions.
The Service may provide risk assessments relating to potentially suspicious communications. No scam detection system is perfect. Criminal tactics evolve continuously. AI'd cannot identify all scams, guarantee user safety, prevent financial loss, prevent identity theft, or prevent fraud. Users remain solely responsible for all actions taken or not taken.
The Trusted Contacts feature is provided solely as a convenience. AI'd does not guarantee delivery of notifications, receipt of messages, or responsiveness of contacts. AI'd is not responsible for the actions, omissions, advice, or conduct of any trusted contact.
AI'd is not monitored in real time and is not a substitute for 911, emergency responders, law enforcement, medical services, banks, fraud departments, or government agencies. In an emergency, contact appropriate authorities immediately.
You agree to use the Service lawfully, provide accurate information, maintain account security, verify important information independently, and exercise your own judgment. You remain solely responsible for all decisions, transactions, communications, and actions.
You may not violate laws, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, scrape or harvest data, impersonate another person, use the Service to commit fraud, use the Service for unlawful surveillance, or interfere with system operations.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant AI'd a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, process, analyze, store, transmit, display, modify, and otherwise exploit such content for any purpose, including operating, improving, maintaining, training AI models, and providing the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
AI'd may use content and information submitted through the Service—including aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, pseudonymized, and statistically derived information—to train, fine-tune, improve, and develop AI models, fraud detection systems, and related technologies. This right extends to all non-personally identifiable uses permitted under applicable law.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
At the conclusion of a trial period, subscription charges will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per user or household.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability to you. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
AI'd reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or permanently terminate the Service, or any feature thereof, at any time, without notice or liability to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI'D EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, AND SECURITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI'D AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, IDENTITY THEFT, FRAUD LOSSES, UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, DATA LOSS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AI'D FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AI'D DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI'd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
You and AI'd agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. The arbitrator's award shall be confidential.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.
TO THE EXTENT ANY DISPUTE IS NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND AI'D EACH IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
If the arbitrator or a court determines that any claim you bring against AI'd is frivolous, brought in bad faith, or asserted for an improper purpose, you agree to reimburse AI'd for all reasonable costs and attorneys' fees incurred in defending against such claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
AI'd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, network failures, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
These Terms are for the sole benefit of you and AI'd. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.
AI'd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after posting constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI'd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

AI'd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the AI'd website, mobile application, and related services. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, username, encrypted password credentials, subscription information.
Content You Submit: Documents, photos, images, text messages, emails, website content, questions submitted to AI'd, and communications shared with Trusted Contacts.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser information, IP address, device identifiers, usage activity, crash logs, and diagnostic information.
Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors. AI'd does not store complete payment card information.
We use information to provide the Service, analyze submitted content, generate AI responses, facilitate Trusted Contact features, process subscriptions, improve Service performance, detect fraud and abuse, maintain security, provide customer support, train and improve AI models and related technologies, and comply with legal obligations.
Content submitted to AI'd may be processed using artificial intelligence systems operated by AI'd and its service providers. Users acknowledge that submitted content may be transmitted, analyzed, processed, and temporarily stored to provide requested functionality.
AI'd may use information and content submitted through the Service—including aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, pseudonymized, and statistically derived information—to train, evaluate, fine-tune, and improve AI models, fraud detection systems, machine learning algorithms, natural language processing systems, and related technologies. This right is not limited to any particular form of data transformation and extends to all uses permitted under applicable law. By using the Service, you grant AI'd a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use submitted content and information for AI training and product improvement purposes.
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve platform performance, and train and maintain AI models. AI'd has sole discretion to determine retention periods consistent with applicable law.
If you use Trusted Contacts, information may be shared with contacts you designate. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share such information. AI'd is not responsible for actions taken by Trusted Contacts and does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or response of any notification.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information with service providers, cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, fraud prevention providers, legal authorities when required by law, successors or acquirers in connection with a merger or asset sale, and any third party with your consent. In the event of a business transfer, your information may be transferred as a business asset.
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security system is completely secure. AI'd does not guarantee that unauthorized access, data breaches, or security failures will never occur. You use the Service at your own risk. In the event of a security incident requiring disclosure under applicable law, we will notify affected users in accordance with legal requirements.
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and non-discrimination. To submit a California privacy request, contact privacy@getaid.ai. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. AI'd does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal information. Requests may be submitted to privacy@getaid.ai. AI'd reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any request and to deny requests subject to applicable exceptions.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party providers. AI'd is not responsible for the privacy practices, security measures, or content of any third party.
Information may be processed, stored, and transferred in and to the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers and processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

These Subscription Terms govern all paid subscriptions offered through AI'd and are incorporated into and subject to the AI'd Terms of Service.
AI'd may offer free access, free trials, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, family subscriptions, and promotional plans. Available plans, features, and pricing may change at any time at AI'd's sole discretion.
At the conclusion of a trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per user, email address, device, or household. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELING BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDS TO AVOID CHARGES. AI'D IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE NOTICE BEFORE CONVERTING A TRIAL TO A PAID SUBSCRIPTION.
ALL PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW.
Unless you cancel before the renewal date, monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually. By subscribing, you authorize AI'd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You agree to maintain valid payment information on file. Failure to process payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice.
AI'd will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of any price change applicable to your active subscription, which may be provided by email, in-app notification, or posting on the website. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing@getaid.ai. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not generate refunds for previously billed periods. Access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PARTIAL MONTHS, UNUSED SERVICES, DOWNGRADES, AND PROMOTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
The sole exception: if the Service was entirely unavailable due to a verified technical failure solely caused by AI'd systems for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours during a paid billing period, you may submit a written refund request to billing@getaid.ai within 14 days. AI'd will evaluate such requests in its sole discretion. AI'd's determination of whether a technical failure qualifies is final and binding.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the billing and refund policies of those platforms. AI'd cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed through third-party app stores.
Family plans permit a designated number of users under a single account. The primary account holder is solely responsible for all billing, managing authorized users, ensuring all users comply with the Terms of Service, and all actions taken by authorized users. Family plan users may not share access credentials outside the authorized user group. AI'd reserves the right to audit family plan usage and terminate or modify plans found to be in violation of these terms.
AI'd may suspend or terminate subscriptions at any time for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or any other reason at AI'd's sole discretion. Termination for cause will not entitle you to a refund of any paid fees.
Subscription fees provide access to features and functionality only. Payment does not guarantee fraud prevention, scam detection, financial protection, identity theft prevention, or any particular outcome. AI'd makes no representation that paid subscriptions provide any greater protection than any other available service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI'D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, FRAUD LOSSES, IDENTITY THEFT, MISSED WARNINGS, FALSE POSITIVES, FALSE NEGATIVES, OR USER DECISIONS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE. IN ALL CASES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.
These Subscription Terms supplement the AI'd Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall control, except with respect to subscription-specific provisions expressly addressed herein.
